This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced hotel-facing Account Manager with a focus on project management and communications to join Expedia Group based in the US. This role sits within the Strategic Travel Partners, LSP Team.

You will be responsible for helping to define, develop, and acquire new corporate travel friendly offers for our growing portfolio of Expedia Partner Services partnerships to drive the next level of growth. You'll work closely with our Account Management team and Expedia Partner Services team.

This is a new team, working in a very new environment within Expedia Group. It is both exciting - and challenging. We want you to be open to growing and adapting, as our world changes quickly!


What you'll do:

  • Responsible for our strategy and sourcing Independent Hotel partners, as well as collaborating with other teams to execute plans

  • Managing internal communication platforms through Confluence, Salesforce, Knowledge Base, Slack

  • Support the Senior Manager, Corporate Lodging

  • Assist in curating the New Hire onboarding for Corporate Lodging

  • Develop campaigns and communications plans with partner marketing including discovering objectives, defining requirements, and developing value propositions

  • Work with teams across Expedia to implement plans, specifically produce enhancements to Partner Central

  • Collaborate with Expedia Partner Services team to define offers specific to our demand partner needs


Who you are:

  • Bachelors degree in business, hospitality or equivalent related professional experience

  • 7+ years in hospitality, lodging, tmc/consortia, online travel agency

  • A self-starter who has the energy, influence, and people skills to build and create change

  • Data-driven and result oriented

  • Collaborator who does what is best for the organization not personal gain

  • Excellent internal and external account management

  • Exceptional persuasion, and influencing skills

  • Dedicated, high-energy, creative, self-starter looking to have an impact on business success

  • Strong business sense, problem-solving, and business case building

  • Ability to operate with flexibility in a fast-paced, constantly evolving, and collaborative environment and work effectively cross-functionally with all levels of management, both internally and externally

  • Experience and/or familiarity with Corporate Travel and Expedia Market Management is a plus
